Due to our uniquely designed cattery special arrangements can be made for larger families or families that need a different type of space to share, whatever the reason. Price available on request.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The first and last days are charged in full.
All fees and include VAT and heating.
Days booked but not used will be charged at the full rate.
A Charge of 50% for the period booked will be made for cancellation within 2 weeks of the start date.
Payment will be due on collection of your cats at the end of the stay.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to a change in the licensing regulations we must now keep a copy of the cats vaccination cards here on site for the entire length of their stay. If you could please bring the record card with you when they arrive so we may take a copy of this for our file. THANK-YOU
Out of Hours
Arrivals and departures may be made outside of our normal opening hours in exceptional circumstances and only by prior appointment. A surcharge of £15 will be made up to 2 hours before opening and after closing and £25 outside of that time. We reserve the right to refuse entry after normal hours.
Christmas Rates
For Christmas day, Boxing day & New Years day only, an additional £2.00 p/day per cat will be added. We are closed for cats coming in or leaving on 25th and 26th December and 1st january
